My name is Steve Walters and I live in Portland, Oregon. This blog is just random thoughts and comments that I'll be making. The entries will most likely we short and sweet. It will just be a chance for me to write what I'm thinking. And since I work at a computer all day, I'm hoping to blog frequently.
I'm a huge runner (though injured right now), and a Christian (I'm quite active in my church (Southwest Bible), and a huge sports fan (mostly for the statistics). I like basketball (Go Blazers!) and baseball (Go Yankees!).

- Hello everyone. My name is Steve Walters. I'm a runner and marathoner from Portland, Oregon. I'm 30 years old, and enjoy running marathons. I started with my first marathon in June 2005 and in that first calendar year I ran 5 marathons, I then went on to run 11 marathons in 2006, and peaked with 36 marathons in 2008. I'm a very active member in the Marathon Maniacs (I'm #338). I've been producing the Maniac newsletter since May 2010. I've been given the nickname "Marathon Freak".
